Pecan Marinade
Recipe
Serves: 3-4
Pairs with: Pork, Steak, Chicken, and Veggies
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1/2 Cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Onion
1/2 Cup Roger's Rub
1/3 Cup of Pecans
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Seeded Jalapeños
Method
Measure out and place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Combine the protein and marinade in a plastic bag and let it rest overnight.
Prepare the grill and cook to your preferred temperature.
Serve hot and enjoy!
