Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Lemongrass

1 Tablespoon Garlic

1 Tablespoon Shallot

1 Tablespoon Dark Soy

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce*

1 Tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Lime Juice

1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper**

Method

  • Measure and place all ingredients in a blender

  • Blend thoroughly; the sauce should be thick

  • Transfer blended ingredients into a ziplock and massage into the protein

  • Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour

  • Cook your choice of protein accordingly, and enjoy!
