Serves: A party!

Pairs with: Chips, Queso, and a Watermelon Marg!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Newman’s Own Italian Dressing

  • Juice from 1/2 a Lime & Lemon

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic

  • 1 (6 oz) can Pineapple Juice

  • ½ Cup Roger's Rub

  • ¼ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • Fresh Thyme & Oregano

Method

Add everything into a blender and combine until smooth

Grilling Ingredients

  • Your choice of protein. We recommend Flap Steak, Inside Skirt, or Chicken.

  • Peppers, Onions, and Poblano

Grilling Method

  • Trim & Tenderize your Fajita Meat

  • Add the Meat and Marinade into a large Plastic Baggie, and Massage

  • Add Skewered Onion to the Same Bag

  • Allow Meat to Marinate in the Refrigerator Overnight

  • Grill Until your Desired Level of Doneness
