Ingredients
1 Bottle Newman’s Own Italian Dressing
Juice from 1/2 a Lime & Lemon
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 (6 oz) can Pineapple Juice
½ Cup Roger's Rub
¼ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Fresh Thyme & Oregano
Method
Add everything into a blender and combine until smooth

Your choice of protein. We recommend Flap Steak, Inside Skirt, or Chicken.

Add the Meat and Marinade into a large Plastic Baggie, and Massage
Add Skewered Onion to the Same Bag
Allow Meat to Marinate in the Refrigerator Overnight
